Terms of Service

1. What SellerRecon Is

SellerRecon ("the Service", "we", "us") is a software-as-a-service platform that monitors publicly available pricing information for Amazon products (ASINs) selected by you, and provides price history, reports, and email alerts. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SellerRecon is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon" and "ASIN" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Pro-plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Starter feature set unless you purchase a subscription. Your data is retained either way.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment processor Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (number of tracked ASINs, sync frequency) are described on our pricing page and may be enforced automatically.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or provide third parties with access to the Service or its data without our written consent;
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security measures;
• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party terms;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract data from the Service itself.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Pricing data is collected from publicly available sources on a schedule determined by your plan. Prices change frequently; data shown in the Service may lag the live marketplace. The Service is provided for informational purposes only — it is not financial, pricing, or business advice. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using the Service. We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled syncs, alerts, and reports may occasionally be delayed or missed due to maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SellerRecon. Your account data (the ASINs you track, your alert configurations) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@sellerrecon.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerRecon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
